Platform Limitation
ArtStay is a discovery, coordination, and communication infrastructure. While we facilitate connections and bookings with local artisan hosts and travel operators, we do not have direct control over every travel outcome, service delivery event, or regional condition outside of platform management.
Third-Party Providers
Hosts, guides, transport operators, and activity providers booked through ArtStay are independent entities. While we curate our network for quality and mission alignment, individual providers are ultimately responsible for the safety, fulfillment, and quality of the services they offer.
Regional & Environmental Conditions
Kashmiri heritage travel involves environments that may be affected by:
