The Cardinal Rule
No registered purchase, no ArtStay optional protection program coverage. (This does not affect your statutory consumer rights).
If a purchase is made at an ArtStay-listed flagship store but not registered via an Access Token and your Dashboard, we cannot enforce returns, refunds, or authenticity claims.
How It Works

Generate an Access Token
Before or during your visit to a flagship store, you must generate an ArtStay Access Token. This links your physical visit to your ArtStay account.

Register Your Purchase
Within 24 hours of your purchase, log into your ArtStay dashboard and upload the required documentation.
Required Evidence
- Store Confirmation & Code
- Original Receipt Upload
- Exact Amount Paid
- Payment Method (Cash/Online)
- GI Number (if applicable)
- Product Photos
What ArtStay Covers
- Authenticity Guarantees: Full refund support if a GI-claimed or certified item is proven inauthentic.
- Price Disputes: Support if you were charged above the globally verifiable listed price.
- Shipping & Fulfillment: Escalation and mediation if your item does not arrive or arrives damaged.
- Return Coordination: Assistance with arranging logistics for valid returns back to the store.
What Is Not Covered
- Unregistered Transactions: Any purchase not logged with an Access Token and receipt in the dashboard.
- Off-Record Cash Payments: Cash payments that are not reflected on the official store receipt.
- Change of Mind: Custom bespoke commissions or tailored items cannot be returned simply for change of mind.
- Non-Flagship Stores: Purchases made at stores not officially verified and listed on ArtStay.
